Items will ship within 3-7 business days of your order being placed (and most of the time much sooner!). Deliveries should arrive within about one week unless specified as a preorder. Preordered items will ship approximately 6-8 weeks after the order is placed.

USA Shipping:
Free Shipping on all orders over $100 in the USA. All returns have a $5 restocking fee unless item arrives damaged. If so, we got you.
Items typically take between 2-10 days to arrive pending on your location.
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt on unworn and unused inventory. We will refund you to your original source of payment. Please reach out to customerservice@thecrystalboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your order for a return label.
You must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order and the item must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of your initial order receipt.
There is a $5 return label fee for orders within the USA.
International Shipping Outside of USA:
Returns outside of the US must be shipped by the customer at customers expense. Please ship to P.O. Box 836, Branford, CT 06405. Please email customerservice@thecrystalboutique.com with a tracking number.
